The CHIMTEC 97 additive effectively improves the low-temperature properties of diesel fuel (reduces the cold filter plugging point and pour point).
Thanks to the new modified polymer structure, the additive is effective across a wider range of fuels of various origins and compositions. The increased dispersant content prevents diesel fuel separation during cold storage for a longer period than with previous-generation additives.

Dosage of CHIMTEC 97
The recommended dosage is 100 to 1000 g per tonne of fuel (average dosage 300–500 g/t).
Before use, the CHIMTEC 97 additive is heated to +30–40°C and stirred. For maximum efficiency, the additive is injected into fuel at +30–40°C.
The additive is injected either into the fuel flow with a metering device, or into a fuel tank with thorough mixing.
Storage
CHIMTEC 97 can be stored for at least one year. The storage temperature of the undiluted product must be at least 0°C and must not exceed 40°C. After long storage the product must be homogenised (stirred) before use.
